1. What NicheReveal is
NicheReveal analyzes publicly available YouTube channel and video data that you point it at, and generates heuristic and AI-assisted summaries, comparisons, and content briefs. It is a research and planning tool - it does not publish, edit, or manage anything on YouTube on your behalf.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity on your account. Plans (Starter, Creator, Studio) each carry their own usage limits, described on the pricing page, which we may adjust from time to time.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use NicheReveal to scrape or mass-harvest data beyond the normal use of a tracked set, to attempt to bypass plan limits or rate limits, or to submit channels for any unlawful or harassing purpose. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or its underlying API quotas.
4. Accuracy of reports
Reports combine heuristics and AI-generated interpretation of public data. They're meant to inform your decisions, not replace your judgment - we don't guarantee that any suggested title, brief, or demand signal will perform a particular way if used.
5. Third-party services
NicheReveal relies on the YouTube Data API and third-party AI providers to generate reports. Your use of NicheReveal is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. If any of these providers are unavailable, parts of a report may be delayed or incomplete.
6. Billing
Starter is free. Creator and Studio upgrades are currently handled manually - see the pricing page for how to request one. Terms specific to paid billing will be published once self-serve checkout is live.
7. Termination
You can stop using NicheReveal and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate section 3 above.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
